Domino's Pizza - Epsom and Ewell

I used to love ordering Dominoes, but now i live in Epsom and the store is terrible! The base always has a raw layer on top, but the cheese is cooked? Oven not hot enough? too hot? After about 4 of them I started ordering the thin and crispy base which was ok.... Until I found a piece of plastic looking wire in my pizza slice!! Nothing was done when i complained. Will never order another dominoes again until i move away from Epsom. I've moved around a bit and Epsom Dominoes is by far the worst!

Never order from this franchise! It never arrives. The first time i ordered was at half eight, after multiple attempts of calling and no one answered, so, i ordered else where. Only to find my door bell ringing at half eleven with my pizza! I said i don't want it, for the delivery man to say, it has nothing to do with him and walked off! This was months ago and i said never again and i stuck to this but for some reason I fancied a pizza and thought why not lets give it ago surely it's improved........no i ended up getting my delivery twice in the same delivery and being charged twice. When i phoned to complain,i wss told yes the first order did not go through (as it told me online,so i ordered again) and i would not be changed twice, only to find two weeks later i had been charged twice. Which by then, it was too late to get a refund on my card and had to have credit! So once again i said never again and then once again stupidly i thought surely it can't happen a third time but again blow and behold mysteriously my order was cancelled! How is still a mystery but please please for hungers sake NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINO'S IN BANSTEAD EVER ever

After ordering and tracking my pizza online it was out for delivery for 30 mins and never arrived. Rung them and someone claiming to be the manager told me it had been delivered there was nothing he could do. So after claiming I was lying multiple times and stating if the system said it had been delivered it must have been he finally agreed to send another one. Another 50 minutes later it turned up and the driver told me the first one never went out. Absolutely shocking service and treatment. I would avoid this branch looks like it’s time to switch to another takeaway provider.

After spending the afternoon at Hobbledown with our 7-year-old and 1.5-year-old, we were in need of a quick dinner. We called ahead before ordering through the app to find out how long the wait would be, and the staff was very helpful and professional. When we arrived at the restaurant for takeout, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even helped us resolve an issue we had. The customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

I ordered a meat lovers' pizza without onions because of my onion allergy. However, the pizza I received had onions on it. Fortunately, my allergy is not life-threatening so I was okay, but it was disappointing to not get the correct toppings for this reason.
