Subway - Epping

The food is good and the service is usually excellent. However, the restaurant is quite small and tends to get busy quickly, which can lead to longer wait times. Aside from that, it's a wonderful place.

I absolutely love this place! It feels just like when Ashley or Joanne make my sandwiches! The people here are the nicest you'll ever meet!

During my pregnancy, I've been craving Subway every day, but they just can't seem to get my order right through the app. They've overlooked my sandwich (which is clearly marked as roasted) nearly every day for the past week and a half. Half the time, they either give me the wrong bag of chips or just don't include them at all.

Why can't this one subway just come together? years of incompetence. randomly closed when they should be open.

Server kept asking for my order over and over... couldn't remember anything I said. She kept touching her mask and her actual nose with her gloved hand then touched my food (items that wouldn't be cooked). Covid is stull a thing. She put all the salami and cheese slices in a single spot instead of spreading them across the roll. I wanted to leave but have a short lunch break and had already waited so long in the line. It was either this or nothing for lunch at that point. She just thrust the finished sub at me, never said the price or thank you. Later I found a big long hair on my last bite. Won't be going back to that subway when there's one on every block.
