Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe stop regularly in this restaurant when travelling from Luxembourg to Gerardmer and we have never been disappointed by the quality of the food or the service. In between , the owner welcomes us like family members with kisses ! Frog legs are the best I have ever eaten ... The 'tete de veau ' is as well a must for a restaurant which just looks like a grill from outside. Simple but very good !
During my stay at the great bed and breakfast Le Clos Des Ecureuils at 200m away I decided to have a fast diner. Good terrace and friendly personnel. Good choice of several homemade pizza's but also other diners, such ad pastas, available. Had a tasty salad as starter and a spicy but also good Portuguese pizza afterward. The recommended Cotes du Rhone house wine went good together with the pizza.
We had a tasty lunch with the regional speciality of Flammkuchen (a kind of thin pizza with local cheese and bacon, or Münster cheese. Not something right out of the freezer, but specially made for us (meaning we had to wait a little). We were there for a sunday lunch, as were numerous French families. We were the only foreigners, I think. Pleasant place, glad we were there.
Saint Jacques aux champignons un délice. Maman avait pris des cuisses de grenouilles pas au top surgelés et trop crémeuse dommage....
Flammenküche et pizza généreusement servies. Tarif très correct. Service rapide. Le cadre est plutôt sympa.
