The Pressed Plate - Ephrata

The food was incredible and the decor beautifully updated! Val provided fantastic recommendations and was so sweet and pleasant to interact with. We tried the Pepper Jack Burger and a sandwich that my mother really enjoyed. While my mom loved her sandwich, the Brussels sprouts were definitely the highlight. The house-made dipping sauces were also superb, especially the orange marmalade vinaigrette and chipotle ranch. While the marmalade vinaigrette might be a bit thick for salad, it was perfect for dipping. If you enjoy refreshing drinks, the cucumber basil lemonade is spot on!

We visited for Saturday brunch, and the food was amazing. The combination of fresh ingredients was wonderful. The dish with Brussels sprouts, egg, and pepper served over sweet potato bites was absolutely delicious. The brewery inside was also quite impressive, and I got to enjoy a local pint from Pourman's Brewery. The place was clean, the service was friendly and attentive, and the music was just right.

I stopped by The Pressed Plate for lunch, and it was fantastic. The Dagwood Special was huge, and my kids devoured their chicken fingers and pommes. Be sure to try their custom sauces, whether you're dipping your sandwich, fries, or chips. The staff was incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend it if you’re in town!

The Pressd Plate is the best restaurant in downtown Ephrata. The vegan options are simply incredible. I love the Sweet Quinoa Salad and the Garbanzo Burger BOTH with Orange Marmalade and modified to be vegan! The owner is friendly and funny and the environment is hip!
