They will keep you waiting 45 minutes while they wait for drive through cars. Try and get your dash order through the drive through? Nope!! They refuse to give it to you unless you go inside so they can make you wait ?. Managers need to do something about those guys

We like Taco Bell and the one in Ephrata is clean when we have visited and food is good. Down side is, it's not CHEAP fast food anymore. Pretty pricey for fast food.
For the first time trying out the tacos from this place. I will never be the same after eating here. the Great taste of the tacos made me want to get another batch of three I would recommend this spot for the greatest
Its fast food, its tex mex, its time for the restroom after. Great for what it is.
