Starbucks - Ephrata

I visit Starbucks frequently in various locations, but the Ephrata branch is my favorite. My coffee and drinks are consistently excellent, and I always leave with a smile thanks to their friendly service. The staff takes the time to ensure that my order is accurate and to check if I need anything else. I highly recommend stopping by this location. Keep up the great work!

I usually never go inside and always use the drive-thru, but I have to say that this particular location definitely has something special that others lack. My orders are always spot on—I’ve never had to send a drink back. The service is consistently excellent and accompanied by friendly smiles, except for one barista who seems to always have an attitude. But that's understandable; who knows what she might be dealing with?

I visit this place every morning before work and always order the same drink. It's always ready when I arrive, thanks to the app I use to order before leaving my house. This allows me to quickly park, grab my drink, and continue on my way. A big shoutout to Maria for my Venti Salted Caramel Cold Foam Cold Brew (without vanilla, with added caramel syrup) and to the Ephrata Starbucks staff—keep up the great work!

Regular journey to work week. Rarely you have a problem whether I order by phone, drive-thru or personally. In the unlikely chance there is a mistake, they always make it right. The staff is always friendly. Drive-Thru employees usually have a good joke, a story or a happy demon when waiting for my order. Only on the bottom is the line of the drive-thru sometimes overflowing into the main street of the shopping center, but there is not much starbucks can do on their part in view of the location.
