Pancake Farm - Ephrata

Excellent service and delicious food! The prices are very reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. The menu is quite extensive for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering much more than just pancakes. Their pancakes are a real treat! However, please note that the parking lot is small and tends to fill up quickly during busy hours.

The food was typical diner-style breakfast fare, which is usually hard to get wrong. The service was outstanding; those ladies really put in the effort. The restaurant had that classic diner vibe – clean and well-organized. I would definitely love to return.

Wonderful little neighborhood breakfast spot! Everything was really affordable and fresh. We had a wait of about 20 minutes, but overall, it was a great experience.
