Dutch Lanes - Ephrata

The bowling alley was great! I reserved 4 tracks for a group of 19 people online. I came a little before our time to check-in, staff expected our group and new my name before I even told them. They helped get all names in the computer scoring system and assigned to the tracks. I was able to get all shoe sizes before us bowling, so I gave the staff the list of shoe sizes we needed, and they had pulled all the shoes and waited for our alleys before the rest of our group appeared. The bowling alley itself is clean, Lanes works well, nothing to complain. The staff really made it a great experience.

Great place for lots of fun. Looks recently remodeled, including arcade area. I thought it was cool the balls were separated by weight. Good food too.

Ryan and Amanda are great! Eric does a great job setting you up fitting your equipment. The burgers at the snack bar are fantastic! Would be 7 stars if they had beer and massage chairs! Lol

Yesterday my family and I rented four lanes for two hours. This has been one of my best bowling experiences I have ever had. When I called to book the lanes the customer service was excellent. Very friendly. They really seemed to want to help me which is a level of customer service that is in short supply now a days. When we arrived the staff was amazing. Again very friendly. The gentleman setup our lanes and was even willing to help us setup our names on the scoreboards. He made us feel special. This was our first visit to their lanes. The outside of the building has a cool 50s feel to me with the old neon signs. The inside however was very clean and modern. Probably one of the cleanest bowling alleys I have been too. Highly recommend the lanes. It was a great experience and I could not have been more please with the service and experience we received.

Building is somewhat old and not updated on the outside. The interior looks really nice. The conditions of the tracks were terrible. There was not a stain on oil on the alleys and it was extremely dry. The staff was very nice and it was decently expensive. If the tracks had some kind of oil on them, I would give them 5 stars, but it was hard to practice here if I were used to a little oil.
