Dunkin' - Ephrata

The drive-thru consistently takes a very long time. Like 15-20 minutes. Not sure if it’s understaffed or what, but it’s the most consistent slow drive-thru I’ve been to.

Great coffee and awesome team. It seems that this location has managed to build a team- at the height of the summer service was sketchy. I was the 6th car in the drive thru today and was out and on my way in 9 minutes. Very pleasant team members also, I hope the franchisee is paying them well.

Definitely not as good as years past. Always go in the fall to get pumpkin munchkins. Just ok, not fresh.

Weekend service was great. The young man who served me gave me exactly what I asked for. The young small in height girl did not. Twice she served me on separate occasions and I asked for the same drink I always order and both times she made it different andI was not happy. This location doesn't have a variety of donuts available either. I won't be going there again.

The girl this morning (5-3-22) was absolutely amazing. They seemed short staffed, especially during morning rush, however she had a smile on her face and was friendly during the entire process. She was taking drive thru orders, making drinks, and workingthe window. It did look like someone else was helping with drinks but two people during the morning rush does not seem like muchstaff to me. I hope this lady can get a raise for her kindness and awesome work!
