Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ephrata

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped by last night and I paid extra for guacamole (which is fine) only to get a scoop of a hard avocado and nothing else. There weren't any utensils, tea was empty, didn't get chips but the staff had plenty of time to sip on starbucks and chat. I even had to ask for lids because they only had large ones sitting out. Wasted money on 4 meals. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money at this location.

My wife and I went last night and on the door they posted a sign that said out of chicken and queso. We went in and was greeted by a staff member. We asked for the same thing and as we were going down the line they were out of black beans also. My wife asked the girl what were the meats they had no steak and that was not on the door or else we would not have gotten our order. The staff member stated that the steak was for online orders only. My wife asked what meats were not pork (because she is allergic) and the staff member got rude after repeating the same thing but would not explain what were the meats. When we got home the pinto beans that we got in our order were not cooked some were hard. I am disappointed because this restaurant is my wife's favorite place. I don't understand why they didn't post that they were out of a lot more things other than chicken and queso. Other times we have gone and we got there when they were supposed to be open and they were closed. Please get your act together because you do have a great product to sell.

My son only orders a bowl with white rice, chicken and shredded cheese. I am usually charged for a 3 point bowl $7+tax that is marked with a triangle symbol on the foil lid. But, not this evening. I got charged $9.20+tax for a chicken bowl foil lid marked with a C . I questioned this charge and was told that this is how it was always taught to charge...rice=1 point, chicken=2 points and shredded cheese=1 point; Total=4 points. The person I spoke with claims he understood my frustration, but didn 't offer any adjustment to my charge. Plus, there was hardly any ingredients in this bowl, which I made them aware of too...still nothing. Very upsetting. I told my son to enjoy his last Chipotle for a very long time, if ever again.

Wow. Stopped in for dinner on a friday night and was surprised to see the place was empty. It may be because they treat you like garbage if you don 't order online. They literally had items covered that I would have wanted on my bowl, but said Sorry those are for online orders !!! Here I am, standing hungry in their restaurant, and they won 't sell me food. I was amazed. So I talked to the manager that looked like a teenager, and he said yeah it is a corporate thing . Whoever is in charge of these rules will be partly responsible for the failure of this company. What a joke.

Less than 1 star. I love Chipotle but this location is TERRIBLE!! 3 out of 3 times have been trash. Rice was undercooked and crunchy, beans are dehydrated or undercooked, no guac (where 's the sign on the door saying NO GUAC ??!! The staff is clueless. One young male staff member told me that 's how the pinto beans usually supposed to look when I questioned the quality of the pinto beans... dried out and disgusting.. to justify not putting out fresh food. What a waste of time and money. Disappointing.
