Market All organic, all fresh, shelves with dry goods, but also lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, hard to find imports from all over the world, and many special areas where cheese and meat are cut and freshly presented; Chocolate is made fresh on site and sold in so many different configurations, beer, pizza and pastas fresh. There are tables for visitors to sit, visit these different areas flexibly and bring their goods to eat in the company of friends and family. Wine Bar Enoteca If you feel that I forgot the wines, it is only because they are sufficiently important to include their own section! Restaurant The best to finish! This is an amazing restaurant, and clearly one of my favorite in Medellin. But it is SOO WORTH tasting of Italian cuisine. The boss, Alessandro, came to our table. Fresh from Napoli, directly to Medellin, he brings his skills, knowledge, pride and tender touch, with Michelin rated cooks in restaurants in Italy to inspire his creations. The Paccheri Frutti di Mare was amazing, in a classic tomato sauce slightly spiced with capers and olives was light and perfectly accentuated the captivini as cut Calamari. At first I have never seen Calamari so cut, and so delicate, perfect and with a taste that shimmers next to the big tube pasta. It was a triumph for such a delicate taste to keep so much taste in the whole plate, something I can not expect to reach >90% of all other Italian chefs ever. The gnocchi Bolognese followed a traditional recipe, and had a depth of taste that I did not yet make before taste in a Bolognese sauce with beef alone. With small pieces of Grana Padano cheese, the gnocchi was light but substantially, with a taste that every furkful a pleasure. The Agnolotti filled with braided beef and pork came in a completely different sauce, lighter, olive oil based, with an espuma of grana padano cheese, the simple appearance in the shallow bowl was deceptive, it was refined with layers of taste; first the sauce, cheese, light pasta and finally braided meat filling. The second was a mixture of taxi, Syrah and Merlot with the name Asi Otus. This was a deep red that, as the Sommelier Fernando promised, perfectly accompanies the dishes we enjoyed. The meal was very bright with espresso and a bunnet dessert, which was a very bright chocolate mousse on a soft grain bottom crust, very bright with a fruit reduction, with two pieces of salted dark chocolate and accompanied by 1 2 of a cake apple slightly boiled in a red wine sauce. This is one of the must visit places in Medellin if you enjoy Italian cuisine, organic food choice or wine. This is not a gastronomic adventure, its luxury tour of taste and fine food, prepared by employees who are honest and authentic at the value of organic ingredients, and served you with a attention to your pleasure that most other places do not hope to boast!
El problema con los cócteles es que cuesta encontrar uno que se ajuste a tus justos, ya que estos llevan mas de un licor o jarabe. En Organico, no se si hicieron magia o nos estudiaron desde antes pero los cócteles que nos dieron fueron lo mas rico que he probado en mi vida y eso que eramos 3 personas con 3 diferentes gustos. El barman super amable, también realiza show de flair y esta dispuesto a que le preguntes lo que gustes. Les recomiendo que pidan el coctel del momento. Recomendado al 100%,
