Me and coworkers ordered lunch today and it was really nasty We called and we were told that they would remake the food for us And when we went to pick it up the said they didn 't know what we were talking about so we called and and the "manager said that they don 't remake food and also they didn 't know how our food could be nasty because it 's premade and that we need to go through Uber eats to get a refund

Quick service, just customer service is very poor! Why would employees greet or speak to customers if the manager does not!! Go here often because I can't eat many places in Enterprise, but I'm about fed up!! A simple Hello, Thank you, or Have a good day goes a long way for a customer!
