Redbrick Pizza - Enterprise

Every time we come here, it's always a great experience. Both our grandchildren and we love their pizza. Despite my gluten allergy, I have never experienced any sickness after eating at Red Brick, which is a definite bonus!

This restaurant serves the best pizza. The establishment is clean, and the staff is always very friendly. They were even understanding when I forgot my wallet and made sure it was returned to me promptly.

The staff at this restaurant were superbly friendly and welcoming. The establishment was spotlessly clean with a visually pleasing decor and spacious atmosphere. The pizza and calzone were decent, although I personally prefer Papa John's. The crust seemed frozen or store-bought, lacking the freshly baked quality I would expect from a pizzeria. The toppings were delicious, but the crust was disappointingly flat and chewy. Overall, the food did not meet my expectations for a traditional oven-baked pizza.

They are usually pretty good. Today must have been a bad day. The lemon pepper chicken wings are the thing to get. Their salads are really good as well as the gelato. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and I got this. Like I said it must have been an off day.
