Asked for extra ketchup salt. 7:45am Waited up front of the drive through for a breakfast sandwich, 3 orders of hashbrowns, small coffee, a coke and 2 breakfast burritos...Wait up front??Got my order and not one salt or ketchup OR napkin or straw!! Had to go inside to retrieve and got an attitude. Condiments utensils go with the food, to not include any is completely ridiculous! Great start to a morning! Thanks Micky D's!!Wont come back to this McDonalds, ever!! AND the breakfast biscuit was microwaved and kind of hard/stale... : (Hey employees....Do your job!! They act like the company takes 10 cents out of their pay for every condiment and napkin they give out!!
Above average service by McDonald's standards. While most McDonald's standards, you should be thankful if you get any food within 20 minutes, much less get what you ordered. This one tends to get your food right, served hot, and within 5 minutes. Impressive considering the very disappointing standards of other stores.
I don't normally review fast food restaurants, but wanted to rate this McDonald's since it was literally the best experience with a fast food restaurant I've ever had.I walked in, sat down, and proceeded to order food using the app. After fumbling for a few minutes with trying to get my order using my points, I managed to complete my order and the food was delivered quickly. I ordered twice and had the food delivered to my table. Both employees were prompt, professional, and very friendly. They both were attentive and worked my additional requests for drinks and sauces without the typical roll of the eyes or facial expressions that seems to be the norm today.Additionally, there were a lot of employees at this location. I'm sure many of you have noticed that fast food restaurants are cutting employees and even forcing you to use a kiosk to order. It's nice that at least one place seems to be bucking this trend.Kudos to this McDonald's and their employees.
I think this might be the worst McDonald’s ever. Every single time I order from them I either get the wrong items or someone else’s order. No straws no napkins. It literally takes 2 seconds to put these items in a bag. Is it so hard to read a receipt and make sure what you’re doing is accurate? Feels like these kids are learning absolutely nothing about taking pride in what they do. I worry about their futures sometimes. Also, McDonald’s should pay their employees more in order to get good quality workers.
