My order got lost and it ended up taking over two hours. The manager was nice enough to compensate but I wish my order was completed on time. I got the classic pepperoni and I would say that the pizza was close to dominos quality. I was hoping to find a good local pizza shop and I don’t think this will do.
I am so glad this location is still open after all these years. Never had any issues with my orders and the staff are friendly.
I'm a fan of Hungry Howies Pizza, and this place is no different. The pizza is what you would expect.I left one star because of the ordering process. I've ordered two pizzas in the month that I've been in the area. The first time I tried calling and learned HH uses a call center. Nothing against the gentlemen who took my order, but it makes for a bad customer service experience. That dude couldn't care less about me or HH, he wanted me off the phone as quickly as possible. Who knows, maybe he was having a bad day, it happens. The second pizza I ordered I ordered online. I got one medium cheese and pepperoni pizza. The pizza was just under 15 dollars. Steep for the quality, but we're still within the realm of reality. Then I was charged an almost seven dollar $6.50) deliver fee. Nearly half the price of the pizza to get it delivered. I still have to tip the driver. So, tip included, it was around 30 bucks for a medium pizza to be delivered. That's wild. I imagine the burden of that cost is carried by the employees who aren't getting tipped after an overpriced pizza and huge delivery fee.I still like the pizza, but 30 bucks is ridiculous.
Love their pizza. Good place and fridly staffKid-friendliness: Yes
