My wife said, They are not going to get your order right, and they did not. At the window, therewere four or five employees goofing around and laughing. Though I clearly stated my order, the girl acted like it was my faultthat it was wrong. She charged me for the blizzard they forgot to make, and I had to watch more partying while they made it.When a male employee finally handed it through the window, he apologized in a fake British accent. I 'm all about having fun atwork, but try to the get the order right and don 't have fun at the customer 's expense.
The lady at the front counter was very nice, and worked with a smile. She has a bit of an accent but apart from that she is very sweet. Took a few minutes but the food was nice and hot.
I go get me and my daughter some ice cream. I got the strawberry cheesecake. While eating think it was a strawberry end up a bug. Lost my mind and vomit on the floor. Won't be going there no more.
Girl at front counter messed up my order, so the girl from the drive through window came to help correct the order and was super sweet and had excellent customer service. But the girl on the front counter got an attitude and was very rude even though theone at the window was only trying to help and actually correct the mistake the girl at the counters made.
The food was great when you finally got it. My wife and I ordered the $7 meal. It took over 20 minutes until we received the food we ordered. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. We will probably return but I hope they get their staff issuerepaired. It seemed they were short on staff though.
