Prime 141 Steakhouse

Went out for a work dinner and this was an exceptional experience. Everything was fantastic from the food to the service to the prices. It is las vegas but much less expensive than on the strip and worth the drive for sure. The bread and veggie plate we presented with a smoked butter that was awesome. Frwnch onion soup was rich and the sourdough bread crouton was bold. The steaks (Denver) was cooked perfectly and the sides were great. Only gripe is being charged by the glass for fountain soda.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prime 141, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, which added a personal touch to the evening. Now, let's talk about the food. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were clearly fresh and of the highest quality, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. Overall, Prime 141 exceeded all expectations, delivering exceptional food, service, and ambiance. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.

This is a modern chic style restaurant, very cozy and has great atmosphere. Good music and not too loud. The food menu is not overwhelming, and it contains a good mix of very well balance dishes. We had a F1 Waygu steak which was cook to perfection, Filet was exceptionally flavorful, and the potatoes twice baked where just the perfect compliment. They have an astrological cocktails menu that promises to include something for everyone's taste. Our serve Marc was the highlight of our night, my husband and I coming from the hospitality industry ourselves were very impressive, from the moment we were seated this young man took care us making us feel truly special. We are definitely coming back, this place is a hidden gem!

Beautiful restaurant, hamachi was good, bread is delicious, black cod was fantastic. My New York Strip steak was just ok. The blue cheese should be on the side as it overpowers the meat. Service was slow, we waited an hour for our appetizers. Prices are same as the strip, but I don’t think it is LV Strip quality. They also add a service charge of 22%, even though we waited so long for our food. I always want to support local restaurants, but this place is way overpriced for what you are getting.

This place is exceptional! The ambiance, decor, service, and food were A-1! Everything we ordered was high quality and delicious. The staff was extremely attentive and made my dad's 75th birthday a memorable one! (It was the vibe he was looking for) totally hit the mark! So thankful Sierra was able to accommodate our (large party) on a last-minute reservation. Marcus was an amazing host and gave great recommendations! I was too busy enjoying the food, so I didn't get to snap pictures, but the crab tempura, and chicuterie boards with delicious meat, cheese, fig jam honey, and berry capers were phenomenal. My entre was the truffle chicken and omg! What an umami of flavors. Thank you for a great experience!
