I have to say that the whole staff was excellent. we were on a hen party

Eating nice, service, aaron was beautiful..clean and friendly

Enjoyed our stay, only negative was the beds which were hard.

Great time.. Staff exceptional, especially that girl behind the bar she worked so hard, always running around, didn't get her name she finished about 9pm,

Really nice hotel. friendly staff, good food and facilities, excellent rooms. highly recommended. great basic for travel around the south-east. city a little underwhelming middle week therefore 4 stars for location, but the river is picturesque and beautiful overall location.
