Faheem Fast Food - Enmore

Summary: they do not expect large food at this place or any kind of customer service. the bad reviews on Google reviews for faheem are very true and I did not believe them until I visited the Enmore shop in september 2022. I heard from some. friends that this place had authentic eating and proving decent. How wrong was that? the customer service is awesome. the place was not busy on a Sunday night and the staff was not interested in aligning details to the various. I wanted to look for all the ingredients my family is allergic to. when they were asked, they answered rudely that it is all in the menu, but it is not actually. the workers do not want to talk to them with any kind of state and seem to be annoying that they need help. I asked a kerl where the washroom is, and the kerl did not answer, but directed me with his hands on the back of the restaurant and seemed upset. the bathroom was disgusting and needed a good cleaning. the bad personal behavior was not only the waiting staff, it was the same from the higher employee on the switch. we asked for the waiter on a crawling water and he said they don't give water and were forced to buy a bottle of swell water. throughout the night we were there who were waiting staff chatting among themselves near the counter and rarely came to see if the customers need a help. they do not want to accept card payments only cash. they give them the old excuse that the eftpos machine is broken. the game they use it to leave a broken EFTPOS machine on the front of the counter to show the customer, it does not really work to make them more credible. why will they not repair it now, this broken eftpos machine has been months. I told the manager that next time they should repair the EFTPOS machine to make it easier for the customer, but the manager answered inconsiderately and said that next time he will tell us that it is cash only before we order so that we know. really bad art to treat a customer. in contrast to perception, the prices at faheem are not on the cheap side. for service sizes the prices are much too expensive. haleem court we ordered was $18 in sept 2022, served in a tiny metal bowl. definitiw not enough for an average person I am 75kg, 5'10 and I am not a big eater according to any standard. Chicken biryani was also a small one with a piece of chicken and cost $18. whole tandoori huh was $25 and was probably a size of 14 chicken size, so not very big. it came with a tiny amount minze chutney and we had to order extra. sheek kebab was $15.50 for 4 pieces, but they were so small at about 9cm long. food quality is very poor. tandoori huhn was raw on the deeper parts near the bone, which is a high risk for food poisoning and sick from it. it was dry and not freshly cooked. appears to be heated in the microwave. I know that because some parts of the chicken were only cold as it was in the refrigerator before. chicken biryani reis was dry and also not freshly heated in the microshaft. the haleem was in order to compare with other Pakistani restaurants in sydney, but had very little meat with only 3 4 pieces of bark meat. we ordered the simple naan for $3,50 per . it was freshly cooked and quite large compared to other places. but the naan was over boiled with many burned stains and hard tasted more like a toast. someone has to give gordan ramsay a call to visit this site to give the management an urgently needed shaup. it seems that faheem was once a really great place, while it's early humble days, as spoken by early satisfied customers, but it's a train wreck now and I think 't that it will survive with the current customer service levels, bad food quality and low value for money. gordon ramsay, please come here.

Unfortunately, eating here went downhill. there is no longer the cook in the window cooking the fresh garlic naans and huh in the tandoori ofen, good he was not when I was there at all and I haven't seen him for months. the garlic cane bread... was not boiled and still dry, the chicken ktikka was dry and looked like it was 2 days old, the beef vindaloo dryer as firewood, and the lamb okra dry as well. even the rice was lumpy and average. a pick-up dish should take longer than 5 minutes after they order it before it is handed over to them, so a certain sign of everything that is precooked. it is very disappointing, as we have been eating there since its opening. it looks like pressure from the Uber force and Covid times just finished this place. we will not go back until we see old mate cook fresh food in the window again.

I went there to recommend a friend. I passed the place a hundred times and went away, but for some reasons it never caught my attention. this place is more than a quick eating as its name says. it is a real restaurant with. various dresses from pakistan and india. we had one of the specialties, the Lahori fish. we also had the tandoorihuhn, the lamb biryani, the cheeks and some garlic and cheese nan brot. everything was fresh, delicious and actually delicious. it was my first time there, but I'll go back in a way.

We have been slow in finding Faheem, as it seems everyone else knows about this Pakistani treasure in Newtown. Don't be put off by the fluorescent light and laminex tables, the friendly, quick, and helpful service makes up for the lack of atmosphere, and the...food is another thing. We were delighted to learn a little about Pakistani food and to enjoy different dishes on two recent visits. Chicken, lamb and goat, and a terrific variety of vegetarian dishes on the menu means that there is a lot to chose from. Both visits we started off with the Lahori fish fry which is delicious, and then had several meat curries, and added some vegetable curries aubergine was delicious, and the chick pea with boiled eggs was voted fantastic. We will return and bring more friends.
