Forced tipping prior to delivery and can't assist amount then I order multiple pizzas get only one garlic cup (every other papa's does one per pizza and I've received orders without any from this place). Now their pizzas are even lacking in flavor compared to historically.

Don't tell the customer to give a tip. Charge enough to pay your employee the money they deserve.
