Przekaż informację zwrotnąWent through drive through, was pulled to 3rd window to wait, had 2 burgers and 2 Fry's. 3 cars went through the drive through and we still hadn't gotten our food. Absolutely disgraceful. If your going to pull a vehicle don't push them off and forget about them. This was horrible customer service and might I add I had to come in to get my food cause I still hadn't received it.
The drive thru at night is ridiculous. Even if you make an order in the app ahead of time, they only do one order/one car at a time even though there’s 2 lanes to order. The lobby is closed so if you do the doordash or UberEats pick up you’re stuck in line for 10 minutes and I’m not even over exaggerating. Any other McDonald’s would have a system like parking in the parking spaces like you would if you ordered in the app and they could bring it out to you. But no. Straight up stupid how the whole system works. Oh and the girl in the drive thru that has tattoos has horrible customer service and an attitude from hell.

I just dont know what to think anymore. The ice in my drink was almost nonexistent and the cup was a good inch short on drink. My fries were not even half full and my triple burger no cheese ONLY EXTRA mustard had cheese and not even close on the extra mustard.
I had a problem with my food but Faith was an AWESOME help. She was SO respectful and got us what we needed and then some. Best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere!!!
