Marco's Pizza - Enid

35 bucks for 2 pizzas. Was told pizza would be ready in 30 minutes, but it was closer to an hour. Was given wrong pizza. Called in and was told they'd make a new one, and deliver it. .......Nothing. No call, no delivery, nothing at all.

I used to order from here every week, but every time my order was messed up. The last time, they forgot to include the baking instructions for my pizza, which I needed to cook it myself. The manager promised me a free pizza, but I never received the voucher. They deserve zero stars! I just placed order 350, and I will provide an update. Update: Both pizzas were overcooked but tasted good. The salad shouldn't have bell peppers; it should include spinach instead. Also, where is my double order of ranch dressing?

I was craving cheesy garlic bread—actual bread, like toast! I specifically asked if that's what they served and was assured it was. However, what I received was just rolled-out dough. It was not at all what I was expecting—super disappointing! That is not bread!

I also received the wrong order. My salad was missing when it was delivered by DoorDash. They acknowledged that it was still at the restaurant but stated that they would not do anything to resolve the issue, leaving me out my money. The customer service was very disappointing. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Order on the app. I wanted them to bring an extra limo, no problem to eat our pizza, my son said the pfeffer chocolate should be dark for him. I'm burned. I called and told them no one would eat it with black. .no problem, they have my pizzas to the herrn to no charge. great pizza, great people, great service, spectacular wings and always a good license. our family.
