Tim Hortons - Englewood

I’ve been going to this location for close to 8 years now. Randall (manager) has always been nothing but great. Incredibly personable with outstanding service. Their employees like Justin and Sierra, as well as the others unfortunately I don’t know by name are always great! They always greet us every morning with a positive message and no matter how busy they are offer quick service and a smile. I’ve been to a lot of Tim Hortons but this one is my favorite by far because of the people.

Always exceptional service and quality food choices. They start early and I really appreciate that.

The atmosphere at the restaurant was lovely and inviting. However, the wait was quite long, taking longer than anticipated to get seated.

My mother and I are on our way back to the Ozarks in Missouri, where we originally come from. Before leaving Ohio, where we attended a convention in Columbus this week, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a local spot. We stopped here because I had seen a Tim Hortons sign while driving to our Airbnb, and I first heard about it through a video on Samuel and Audrey's YouTube channel, which highlighted this Canadian breakfast and fast food chain. For breakfast, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin, paired with a vanilla cream donut and, of course, coffee. Unfortunately, I couldn't get my usual sweet coffee because the espresso machine was down, but everything I had was still quite good.

The coffee here is excellent! However, I’m primarily giving my stars for the young staff members. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can really tell they enjoy serving their customers. I come in every day because of them! Keep them around, and this place will surely thrive!
