Noodles Company - Englewood

I placed a takeout order with this location on 11/20/2022. The noodles were all globbed together like paste. When I called the location the manager on duty had excuses of being short staffed..... The MOD stated he could refund me but it would depend onthe method of my order, in person, Doordash, GrubHub.. but we never got to that point. He wasn't ultimately uninterested in howI placed my order and became short with me and apparently the refund offer was not honored. I can assure that I have placed mylast order with this company let alone this location. Fast food has gotten outrageously expensive especially and is definitelynot worth the expense for bad food. If you want a glob of sticky noodles this is your destination. For me I will pass.

Took three kids to noodles at 7:45 after sports (because the kids requested it) and the place was jumping. Food was perfect (leanguini parm chicken rosa and kids meals) and staff great. surprised it was so crowded before close but the wait times werefine. 5 stars.

I used to love the food here but noticed they've been changing things recently. Their ingredients are not the same and the quality and how the food is prepared is not good at all! The last 3 times I've ate here the noodles are either too soggy orstill hard. This is a place that specializes in NOODLES how can you not get this right?! It's disappointing because I used toeat here frequently and loved it. I will no longer eat here!

Just got noodles and company buttered noodles and my noodles are literal mush. Tried to cook them longer at home to no avail. Literally tastes like I?m eating raw doe. Now I have to just toss it? Super bummed.

The girl at the counter with the curly hair was amazing took extra.care to make sure my order was correct shout out her the dude making the chicken he was killing it too! n yea give her a raise
