Noodles Company - Englewood

I have been super impressed with this place the times that I have gone. They are quick with the service, and the food is great. Their cauliflower pasta is incredible; some of the best tasting plant based pasta I’ve ever had. I’m not vegan or on a restrictive diet, it’s still my favorite dish. Each time I am in the area, I stop in for dinner.

The staff were friendly and my food was made well and quickly. The place looked clean enough, but I'm guessing most of their business is takeout.

This restaurant is in a very busy area, but they really know how to handle it. They are always punctual with their orders. Today, there was a technical glitch with their online ordering system that mixed up my order. However, after showing them my receipt on my phone, they quickly remade my order in under 10 minutes and were very friendly throughout the process!

The Mediterranean salad was a fantastic healthy choice. However, the mac and cheese could have used some more seasoning. I was so full from the salad that I didn't even get to try the tomato basil soup. The mega cookie was enormous and absolutely delicious!

The food was excellent, but what really stood out to me was the staff. They were not only friendly and professional in their uniforms, but each team member also expressed their individuality through their clothing and hairstyles. I really appreciated that unique touch!
