Bergrestaurant Ristis - Engelberg

Fantastic food (Menu with salad, soup and beef and potatoes included in our overnight stay at the Stylish Lodge). Love the new architecture, the view (big windows) too. And it's a children's sky with all the playgrounds...

We just had drinks and soup. Had eaten the fondue, but we're planning to walk, so we didn't have time. Very family friendly and good prices despite the beautiful location.

We were hungry after trekking around the area, and so stopped her for a light bite before heading back down via the cable car. Pricey as all things in Switzerland tend to be, but tasty food we had Alsatian style pizza which had a perfectly done crispy crust, and also a really good soup of the day, along with some good beer. Very friendly service, too, with excellent English spoken.

We visited last week for lunch after sledging from Brunnihutte. The sun was shining so we sat at a table outside and enjoyed the view of the beautiful mountains all around us. Our waitress was very helpful and spoke brilliant english, even asking a colleague when she didn't know the translation of something. I had the plate of salad with cheese and it was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Take the Cable car or walk ... Spectacular all round Mountain view and nice Sunset .. Don't miss this one .. They serve good Swiss Food and the service is friendly and efficient. Can recommend the Brunni excursion.
