The Kings Head - Enfield

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was good, reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly. The chef's menu is new and we tried the roast lunch, which included delicious Yorkshire pudding and roast beef and lamb. The vegetables were different than usual, with sautéed red and white cabbage instead of carrots and sprouts. The atmosphere was relaxing, even when they turned on the football game in the front lounge. Families are welcome here. I ended my meal with the cheesecake made by the chef, which tasted great. I will definitely come back again.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and loved my roast beef dinner, as did the others in my group. The service was good and I would definitely come back again. The pictures of the food really don't capture how delicious it was!

If you ever wanted to feel like royalty for a day, all you need is a chicken burger from this restaurant. Although the meal was delicious, the aftermath was a constant struggle between defending my territory and leaving myself vulnerable. The battles were intense and draining, but with the help of my partner and prioritizing my focus, I was able to secure the throne. The aftermath left me feeling exhausted, but with time, we will rebuild. Thank you to The Kings Head for the memorable experience.

Great selection of gin based cocktails served in a traditional pub. Lovely location, set within the market square and a great spot to people watch on a warm day. Delicious, non-greasy, fish and chips served quickly. Have visited here a few times over the last couple of years however just noticed a sign on the door which says “Regular customers only”, which weren’t not. Despite this, we were served without any issues.
