I live in ma, so I rarely go to this place, but two days in a row that I visited for lunch because of the trip, and every time they miss articles and were extremely slow. the service was also subdued. Normally, the customer service should be friendly, but it is not the feeling that I received either while visiting.
Disappointed, this location used to be delicious before but now it's just going downhill. The chips I recieved was mixed with SEVERELY stale and okay. This tells me that the chips most likely aren't changed and left out since the air makes chips stale. Plus, all the salt was at the bottom even after I shook it. One of my burritos had a huge piece of onion in it when i didn't order that expecially since i'm allergic to onions. The rest of my order was fine despite the WHOLE order being cold. I don't know what has happened to this location but for food that i didn't order to be in the food that i did order multiple times is very messy and rushy. customers would prefer the food to be made neatly and late than messy and quick. Hopefully this gets fixed soon but until then I wont be eating here anytime soon.
Worst Chipotle experience ever. There were 2 people working and 7 employees behind the wall and walking around aimlessly while the line was out the door. Took us 45 minutes to get the food when there was only 8 people in front of us when we walked in. There was a very tall and large gentleman behind the counter cleaning the floor being extremely rude to the employees and saying nasty things while customers were in line and ordering. Horrible experience, would NEVER return here in a million years.
Back again and they trying to scam you. I barely a scoop of rice in my bowl. I said can I get some more I don't want beans. I got that just fine. I asked for barbacoa and Igor barely a tong grab of meat. Then another person took over for the guy I started with. I said can I get the rest of the meat he didn't give me. He put like a little bit more in and I was just done. Moving down they were out of sour cream and the night before they were out for lettuce. This is 2 hrs before they close. It is like they don't care. I don't think they get trucks if supplies everyday I think they just let things run out do they don't have to clean up as much or do much. To top it off they tried to charge me for double meat. I said I barely got what is considered normal. This is bull. This location is an embarrassment to the chain.
I decided to give this location one more shot. That was a huge mistake. The management here does not care at all about their customers. I’m shocked that corporate is letting this go on. They are not friendly at all and act as if you are bothering them. Multiple people behind the counter but only two working. The portions are horrible and just ridiculous. Half a scoop of food and you have to ask for more. Which then you get an attitude. WORST CHIPOTLE EVER!!!!
