Przekaż informację zwrotnąIt's the first time the JRE has disappointed us, due to the location, the service and the food. Only 2 menus were available, we chose the fish and were surprised by the un harmonious mixture of ingredients. The dishes were messy and unappealing. Hopefully since it only opened 1 year ago it can still improve.
Menu simple note: first-class, fresh ingredients perfectly arranged in an aromatic surprising combination, on which teller presents with inspiration, brought to light through a sensitive selection of wine-guiding. thanks to simone and thomas feature and their great team for this perfect evening.
Each gang was an experience :-) above all the variation of the carrot. that looks like star kitchen for me. the recommended weeps were perfect.In particular, I would like to highlight the authentic and very sympathetic service and kitchen team incl. the host. I felt very comfortable and it was a great evening.
That with the star kitchen is such a thing, especially when the chef calls himself "eune restaurateur": expectation and commanded get in contradiction. two menus are offered: a regional and a youngly conceived "(protected, sharp, aromatic, kreatiw"). both without fail and impeccable, just as a trained patron imagines the standard requirements of the Michelin tester. but good laune doesn't want to be quite right: the desired creative design works quite well at half-empty local, the insect of every jus by the chef himself rather manier, and the decorative dish "jumping" hardly makes a contribution to the taste unfolding. only light view: the humorous operation (then!). We then moved to the digestif to the connected farmer economy, where joyful driving prevailed. Maybe next time we can just go there the calf meat box with potato beard salad.
I am sure that it is the simpleness of the service (without fault) that makes this restaurant just a star, for me it should soon get a second macaron. excellent menu with 7 courses or you can choose 3, 4, 5 or more. for our part there were five courses, only the appetizer was different, we left out the cheese. with the glass of each dish accompanied it was very successful and delicious. also for the eye an eyewitness quite relaxed but efficient service and if necessary, bring a cook or the great man to home the teller. because we are already very tempted to go there again in autumn, as the seasons follow, it must be quite different in October than in May.price of the 5-course menu 105 weine 39 per person eat for less than 40 euro
