Swami's Cafe Coast Hwy - Encinitas

I tried an açaí bowl that wasn't my favorite, but my friends really enjoyed it. I wouldn't suggest the watermelon juice as it tasted mostly like water with a hint of sweetness. The restaurant itself is very aesthetically pleasing. However, the bathrooms were not very clean. This review was last updated on July 1, 2022.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years and I love it because of its casual atmosphere, with seating outdoors facing the beach. They offer a variety of options including coffee, smoothies, Acai bowls, breakfast, and lunch. The staff is very friendly and overall everything is great. I would give it 5 stars, but unfortunately that option is not available on Happy Cow since the restaurant is not completely vegetarian or vegan.

This charming restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but be prepared to customize most of the items on the menu. It is a typical omnivore restaurant that is willing to accommodate special requests from customers.

Good breakfast / brunch place and they do not need to avoid when vegan. they have many vegan options. we really enjoy the avocado toast and açaí dishes. they can make hamburger, sandwiches and packed vegan. eating is a little expensive, but good business will make sure.

We eat at the one in Encinitas off of El Camino. Very accommodating. Often order veggie hash w/tofu instead of eggs. Or chiliquiles w/tofu no cheese or sour cream. They have Impossible Burger w/vegan cheese. Yum
