Rosati's Pizza - Encinitas

This is the best pizza joint in the area. Heck, it's the best pizza joint in maybe the whole state! Such a great family atmosphere. The owners are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food, no complaints. The service, perfect. And they have local beers on tap? What more could you want? They also have an incredible happy hour during the week, $4 pints and 1/2 off appetizers. You've never had a real Chicago style deep dish pizza or Italian beef until you try this. They also deliver! I could go on and on

We loved it we had our school Rancho Encinitas Academy fund raiser there! The food was great one of the best salads I've ever had. Great pasta and a big selection of micro brews. The inside is done very nice and open also has a fun patio! Come early though.. because it's a great hidden jewel with the locals, it gets packed. Waitstaff was on top of it and super friendly. I will be going back I only wish I found it sooner.

Wwe ordered a thin crust pizza and it was wonderful! Fresh ingredients that they do not skimp on, and really tasty. Our server was excellent, forgot her name but a pretty blond woman, and we loved the open mic! It was so much fun to listen to all the talented singers and guitar players doing their thing. We will be back for sure!

I just tried Rosati's in Encinitas for the very first time and I was blown away! Their pizza is the best in town. They have TVs everywhere! And the owners/operators are the coolest, nicest and most welcoming people around. No surprise though because they're from the great city of Chicago. Want authentic Chicago pizza?? A must try. Great Chicago style pizza , salads, and lots of beer on tap!! Lots!! I'm coming back, for sure , to try pasta dishes and different flavor chicken wings with a tall glass of Oskar Blue beer!
