I ordered the Vermicelli bowl for takeout, and it was ready in no time. The seasoned tofu is outstanding—truly some of the best I've ever tasted. I will definitely be coming back!

Delicious, as always! I've been visiting Pho in Vista for years. I was in the area and wanted to check out the Encinitas location. I miss you in Vista, Don. It’s great to see you thriving at your new spot on my way to District 1 in Carlsbad; I hope to see you there. I have a lot of respect for the Pho Masters in San Diego County. This review is purchased for my last meal (Crise Chow mein) for participation in 7/15/2022, the noodles were mold. I didn't see it until the food was brought home, spicy noodles should be torn out, not try to cook. What if it makes your customers sick? I'm skeptical to come back.

Good pho, 3.5 5. Really enjoyed the broth flavor, pretty good fresh noodles, but the meat was a bit sub par in terms of texture and fat around edges. Given the hefty price per bowl, and the name of the establishment, this should be improved upon. Bahn mi (Sandwich) w beef 4.5 5 Great smoky bbq flavored beef, hearty veggies and very good all around sandwich. No complaints here. Service was very good, 4.5 5 Ambiance was better than expected 4 5 Overall 4 5 Good, and could be great with minor tweaks to food quality pricing.
