Karina's Taco Shop - Encinitas

I really hope you don’t close down and let some mediocre place like Taco Taco take your spot. I've been enjoying your restaurant for about 25 years, and the food is always fantastic! Please don't go away!

This is a wonderful local Mexican restaurant. They have a sign indicating that they will be closing soon, but they’ve been in business since 1981! Make sure to visit before it’s too late! Their La Gringa quesadilla is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it for a family lunch!

This is an excellent Mexican restaurant. I hesitate to label it simply as a taco shop because it offers so much more. There is seating available both in the back and the front outdoors.

First time here and glad we made it as they are closing later this month. There are other locations, from the same owner. Food was quite good. Great service. Seating inside and out.

Karina’s tacos are OUTSTANDING! We just had carne asada, al pastor, chicken, shrimp, and fish and each of them were HUGE, stuffed with fresh toppings, and delicious!The service was friendly and they got our large order just right. The inside is pretty simple but it’s on a cool street with lots of interesting shops nearby. We’ll definitelymake this a regular stop. ?
