Chipotle Mexican Grill - Encinitas

Chipotle is pretty consistent so I can say their food in our order was just like it always is. I'd like to day thanks to the staff today. We were in a hurry so we had ordered ahead. When we arrived at the time we requested our food was born where to be found. We were initially told that they had failed to look at their online order. How ever it turned out it was prepared and placed on the pick up rack, but someone else had taken it. The staff was extremely apologetic, expedited our replacement order, and credited us back for the purchase. Thanks again for the great customer service.
