Radius Brewing Company - Emporia

I really enjoyed hazy IPA and appetizers. Would definitely stop there again.

First time here, we stopped while enroute to Wichita. What an awesome place! Food, beer and service (our server was Meg) were spectacular. We had the BLT with mashed potatoes/gravy as the side and the sweet spicy sriracha mac. Great quality quantity. Took 2 crowlers to go to share with our family.

I got the biscuits and gravy meal. It took 45 minutes for the food to come out of the kitchen (which didn't upset me because they were incredibly busy) and when it did, I found that I could not tell if there were biscuits or if they had just given me a bowl of gravy, which was bland and seemingly unseasoned. The biscuit itself, which was not only drowning in gravy but absolutely drenched by it, was spongy and oddly flavorless. I could only tell that it was on my fork because of the crunch of the bottom where it has been on a baking tray. It was a remarkably unfavorable meal and is not something I would recommend to my worst enemy. Two other in my party complained that their food was overly doused in gravy, and another found a hair in her food. All in all, I was disappointed. Radius is very much a hipster hangout and I expected better from them.

Great service, great atmosphere and the prices were very reasonable especially for cocktails. Shrimp and chorizo dip was 10/10, marg pizza was 10/10 and the burger with onion rings/fresh Jalapeno was amazing!

We’re never in Emporia but came down here for an errand. We always check out the local breweries (it’s how I convince my husband to do things he doesn’t want to) and this place is a winner. Makes me wish we lived closer ? the pizza was phenomenal, the beer infused crème brûlée is some of the best I’ve ever had my husband is in love with every single beer they have. Will make a point to come here whenever we’re out this way
