Mcdonald's - Emporia

No signs that say lobby is closed. Doors unlocked. Walked in and everyone starts yelling they’re closed. Only the drive thru is open. Every website says lobby is open. It isn’t. One lane of the two lanes is open in the drive thru so be prepared to wait.

Had to kiosk use eventhough I was paying cash and still had to go to register to pay What sense does that make!! Worker had bad attitude when I asked this question. I suggest maybe you should put a sign up so customers will know the rules. They still got my order wrong, smh

They need to stop pulling car's down, when ordering from the drive thru!It's 2022 now still no progress ? at all, drive-thru full to capacity, dining area w/a lot of people waiting patiently for their orders.What in the ? is happening with slow food ? these days, oh what wahala is at this establishment.

Do not eat at this McDonald's. Terribly slow service. Order was wrong which resulted in more waiting while they took there time to correct it. Over all cleanliness was below average even for a McDonald's.

It's McDonald's it was very clean and very good nice fresh burgers
