I don't mind waiting for a pizza, but when I was told it would take 20 minutes and ended up waiting an hour, it was frustrating. They mentioned they ran out of speck and had to wait to restock it. It would have been nice if they had better managed the situation and appreciated our time by ensuring they had enough ingredients on hand.
