Ichiban Asian Fusion Bistro - Emporia

Today, I had the pleasure of attending the monthly group lunch for the Emporia Chamber of Commerce. The service and food were outstanding. I ordered the Hibachi Chicken lunch, and it was delicious. I highly recommend checking this place out. It's a hidden gem in Emporia!

I love this place! The food is fresh, the staff is friendly and so wonderful! I found a new favorite!!!!! Everything I had eaten was so delicious and beautifully prepared.

I was really impressed by the sushi here, especially considering how hard it is to find good sushi in Kansas. While you can definitely find better options in places like Seattle or San Diego, this restaurant is top-notch for the area. I'll definitely be returning to eat here again before I leave next week.

We were looking for something unique and came across this restaurant, and we were thoroughly impressed! From the friendly staff to the incredible food and cleanliness, this was the best dining experience we’ve had in Kansas.

One of our favorite places to eat! I recommend the bento box with the teriyaki beef! So so good!! Clean, quiet place with great staff!
