Basically, he said I need a customer or work delivery to park there. Very rude. When I came back after my order, I fortunately looked before the payment and they screwed up the order. It should be Brooklyn style. It was obvious that it was a regular pizza. I told the guy who seemed to be responsible at the counter and tried to tell me it was the Brooklyn-style pizza. I worked for Dominos and knew it wasn't true. He said that the dough was in larger knots and that this is the new Brooklyn pizza and how it rose in room temperature. He tried to hand over a regular pizza for something it was? The employee tried to say that the pizza would not come like real Brooklyn style when he said again, their dough increased too much in the room temperature. I said why should I want to make the same pizza again if not even Brooklyn style. I had to turn it off. It looked like a regular pizza for me. Watch what you get from there. Terrible customer service
After an hour of waiting, I called the store to check on my order since we had already paid online and felt that the wait was far too long. I tried reaching out three times but received no response. Frustrated, I decided to drive to the store, which is less than nine minutes away with traffic and stops, to find the delivery driver still in her car. She said she was coming back with my missing items but handed me something that wasn’t even what I ordered—a diet soda instead of the regular soda that was supposed to come with my order. She explained that the manager had instructed her to wait for more orders to be ready before delivering mine, which I found unacceptable. I went inside to discuss this with the manager, who claimed she prioritized other customers' missing items because they were busy. I found her response completely unreasonable. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their ordering process and attitude, she seemed indifferent and told me to call the 800 number for customer service. When I asked if she thought her attitude was appropriate, she seemed surprised but eventually told me she would refund my money just to get rid of me. This kind of attitude is typical when they forget items during delivery, and it shows a lack of urgency to fulfill orders just because customers have already paid. It's clear they hire staff who may pass a basic screening but lack the necessary understanding of customer satisfaction and respect. I would advise steering clear of this establishment; in my experience, it has been a frustrating ordeal and not worth the money spent.
Yesterday, we ordered a small thin crust pepperoni pizza. It took about 10 minutes on the phone for the cashier to correctly understand our order. When I arrived to pick it up, I was given a pizza with a hand-torn crust, so I had to wait for a new one to be made. We didn't receive any compensation for this inconvenience, nor was there an apology offered. While the pizza itself was tasty, the overall experience was quite frustrating.
Most pure Dominos I've seen for a while. People were really nice, the food was hot. Something must have changed recently by the other reviews I've read. It is recommended to give him another attempt if you weren't there in a while. It was a good experience.
My last experience at this restaurant was in January 2018. Despite knowing better, I was craving pizza and didn't want to leave the house. That turned out to be a mistake. According to the pizza tracker, my order was out of the oven and being checked for quality a full seven minutes before it was officially listed as out for delivery at 8:11 PM. By 8:41 PM, I was frustrated enough to call and cancel the order. Thirty minutes is more than enough time to travel the mile and a half from the store to my place. I'm fairly certain my order was delayed due to other deliveries being made, which is somewhat understandable, but having it show as "out for delivery" after sitting in a warmer for seven minutes is simply unacceptable. I recommend ordering from Pizza Hut or picking up a frozen pizza from the grocery store to avoid the frustration of this subpar Domino's location. I apologize if this offends anyone, but these issues have persisted for years—yes, I said YEARS. Don’t expect improvements; just order from elsewhere.
