Empire Village Inn

The pizza was decent, but it was a bit too salty and had very little cheese. This was a shared opinion among several people in our group, not just my own. Although we ordered takeout, the staff was friendly. The overall atmosphere appeared to be nice.

The food and service were exceptional; I highly recommend this place. Congratulations to the owners and staff for their outstanding work!

We waited over 50 minutes after placing our order, and our meal still hadn't arrived.

I live near Chicago so I’m always a little concerned when ordering pizza in other places but this was very good. For 4 adults and 2 kids we ordered 2 small and 1 large pizza, including a gluten free crust pizza (I did not try), and some breadsticks. It was around $80 which felt a little pricy but is probably on par the cost at most pizza places. We also had a ton of leftovers. There was no option for delivery but that seemed to be the case at every restaurant in the Glen Lake area. Dietary restrictions: We had gluten free people in our group and this was the only pizza place I could find in the area with gluten free crust.
