My man made a reservation a month ago. it was not recorded. we were greeted by anne who was very sweet) the chef came in and was tied up as our reservation was not on the books. but they wanted to take care of us! we order tomatenbisque it was very good after a lot of discussion we did not nave for bruschetta like tomaten, but we were made to w chef) we had wanted a cheese plate? but have they not all come?? we ordered the act my was in order was hard and very chew? even med rare cooked. I can't blame the staff? but for the and the level of the cook I hate to say something was very out of this night.. we had so high hopes on all Rave reviews. Chef Elle is truly remarkable. Not only does she light up the room with her warmth and friendliness, but she genuinely cares about every guest and takes great pride in the amazing food she prepares. It’s not every day that you find an owner who also serves as the chef, personally welcoming guests and catering to their specific tastes, like mine. I highly recommend Chateau Bristo Steakhouse to anyone looking for a cozy, hidden gem. They won't be disappointed. Chef Elle, keep up the wonderful work—you're truly blessed in what you do. The bruschetta ordered. I'm sorry, we're from basil. the shrimp scampi ordered. I'm sorry we don't have shrimp. gin and tonic, please. I'm sorry we don't have our fleet license. 2 steaks ordered. came to wait perfectly after an hour and a half. (the restaurant was empty) a delicious steak was the only bright place. a star is a fair assessment

After waiting half an hour, we were notified that they were out of the steaks we ordered, prompting two of us to change our orders. We finally received our food after the cook visited our table multiple times, trying to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, my steak was overcooked, even after expressing my preference for it to be done differently. Overall, the meal was not worth the price we paid, and the entire experience left much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend ordering steak here, as it seems they don’t accommodate cooking preferences well.

This is directed to the party of six that was disappointed in the service and meal at Chateau Bistro. I have followed Chef Elle for years and eaten at all of her locations, and was NEVER disappointed in the quality of her food. She NEVER uses iceberg lettuce, does NOT use corn meal in her crab cakes and uses only the best quality ingredients in all of her entrees and desserts. I have NEVER had a bad meal. I can only come to the conclusion by your comments that you have never eaten at a quality restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend eating at Chateau Bistro to come to your own conclusion. It seems that overall this restaurant has a 5 star rating if you check the other reviews. I wish the disgruntled 6 a pleasant day.
