Vielharmonie - Emmendingen

I and my friend often cross the whole Germany from polen to france (from frankfurt nad odra slubice to belfort.) during this one day trip we like to have some stops in different cities, at least one for lunch or one for dinner. this time we decided to visit a restaurant in the city of emmendingen (nordosten von freiburg). thanks to tripadvisor we decided to ot the best rated restaurants (and still affordable) and then the choice was farharmony . on this Sunday evening there were many parked cars in the old town of emmendingen, where the restaurant is located. Nevertheless it was quite easy to park near the restaurant without paying. first the host (either waitress or owner) were very smily, pleasant, friendly at first sight. then we liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. to be in this city, and in this restaurant we felt something very quiet, quiet, regretting. we were very good here. about the choices: on this 23rd april it seems the time of the spade was! many choices including this sweet. there are not too many decisions in the card that sound pretty good. we chose the same thing: fish on the grill with green salad, then as desert a mousse with strawberry, then a hot chocolate, all this with a drink: foam water. to start free amuse blood, quite nice, even if I can't describe this little ding. the fish, 3 species, were well cooked and delicious. even if my friend felt too much edgy in salate, but it is her own taste, because, in addition, for me it was very ok. only bad: the unsightly tomaten. in my opinion, it is useless to put something unsightly in the recipe. either choose a good tomaten, or do not contain tomaten in the recipe. but except that it was very good. the dessert was very nice, I mean the most interesting mousse. also here: the strawberries were not as tasty, not similar to the tomatoes, but close. I'd say the same as for the dead. but it didn't destroy the desert. good hot chocolate. it was served quite fast, and on a pleasant wise. one of the waiters came to make sure everything was in order. Of course, I did not mention the small deceptions about tomatoes/berries, as it can be perceived as aggressive, and I think the cook know the taste of the product they use. Finally, the price is really fair. we paid 50 euro and some cent for both, and when we were overall happy, we left a top of 10% we really cost our time in polyharmony, and we can only advise this place. By the way, we had a little walk in the old city emmendingen, which is quite amazing for us. it looks really nice and we have planned to have a short break other there to discover it.

We were there for a invite from our cousins, we were surprised how good the rest is. because there was a beacon a few years ago, which served only flesh and deculent dish (heavy calorie but in the inestimacy there is a lot. chic and well presented dishes from local products. the basket is small, but they are sure to get good food. also good normal webshop of the tehe region. South West Germany is very famous for her wee! the sun seems 200 days in year! gruß aus der koch= appetiser is kreatiw one, this time we had a small part of the cream fish and a piece of sour herring! then we had a small veggi soup as the second, and the pasta (gnocci- real homemade gnocci) with butter-salvia sauce, with some parmesan cheese to get their salty test degree. akkompagned with white wine of the region, this time is well called noble, ended with a small black caffe. per person approx. 30 euro! Not bad! the table arrangement is also beautiful, not as tight as the resto in new york or london, then emmendingen is a beautiful small town where everyone says hello to each other, or they can say their secret love with their regularly visited hairdresser! in emmendingen you will find parking places all around the corners, free or paid it depends. this little non-chi-chi resto is for family, young lovers, weekend escape, young romantic couples then eat and / or après dinner go-disco. or as a small bussiness meeting (a small cáusaule one.)

Food, wine, service and brandy. good times. very central easy to find and great place to sit outside and watch people.

During a visit in this city we enjoyed a very good evening meal here. service was friendly (the art where you are welcomed by handshake) and efficient. eating was delicious. the appetizer had plenty of choices and was presented beautifully. I followed. it was very tasty with the stone mushroom ravioli I ordered and the distinctive taste of the mushrooms was well preserved. my friend found her main dish a little disappointing, especially the crows (roast potatoes without speck and wobble, but they were not particularly beautiful roasted.) the selection of local weine for dinner was nice.

This bright and simply decorated restaurant in the middle of Emmendingen, with its excellent staff, was a lovely place to be taken out for lunch. All the food was good and there were sufficient dishes to choose from but not an overwhelming menu. My ravioli...was delicious and everything else looked wonderful. I would certainly recommend the restaurant and it was the favourite place of our hosts who live in Emmendingen.
