Ruuuuuuude employee taking the orders. I came here once in 2021 and vaguely remember the same employee, with the same attitude. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. He’s like the old teacher you hate because he’s so mean and talks down to you. Never coming here again lol.

Worst customer service experience ever! Tried it based on a recommendation. As a new customer, I apparently lacked the required details on my orders, although I was reading from a list provided to me by others who had reviewed the menu online. My inexperience with ordering angered both men they were visibly upset and condescending. Instead of being helpful, I was repeatedly berated and barked at as if I was significantly bothering them. I actually had to tell the older man to stop. I've never been treated worse as a customer. I will not return.

So disappointed in our order. We always ordered from here and the hoagies were very large and stuffed. They now are half the size. Will not be going back there.

Awesome steak sandwich Bread is perfect all the time so yummy.

Great sandwich place! Best hoagies I think I've ever eaten. Yes I'm serious! The guys are no nonsense who work in there so don't get offended lol. They will make you the best hoagie you've ever had! I'll never turn down a chance to eat here...highly recommend!
