Domino's Pizza - Emmaus

The best dominos pizza location . I have been customer since 2015. order all the time from there. online order is wonderful

They are always courteous and kind. The food is all ? delicious and made just right. We wouldn't give up this staff ever? LOVE DOMINO'S PIZZA!

I had a really bad experience today. I haven't been in dominos for about a year (love her though) and thought this would be the perfect time to get the family a pizza with the 50% discount deal. order two large pizzas online. a few minutes later the tracker went to prep . shortly after I got a call from the load and said that they were working on a 25 pizza folder and that would not be able to make mine for about an hour. I was totally upset. do they just make an order (customer) at a time? if there is now half an hour waiting, what about the customers order for me? I wonder if there is anything else or that happens? can't two customers be processed at the same time?

They never called after delivery. the order back to the load taken and the order canceled. we waited for an hour after our order and called them. they wanted us to wait another 30 to 45 minutes to get it so we can pick it up. when we arrived. the car was not very pleasant. the manager came out and he was really nice about the situation. I've never had such a problem before, and since 2017 I've ordered from there.

When they screw up your order and you get home before you find out you should know that they refuse to refund your money and just give you a credit for a pizza later. I ordered a specialty pizza with Alfredo instead of tomato sauce and sausage. Itcame out as crust and cheese, no sauce or sausage even though the guy swears he put the Alfredo sauce on it but openly admits hedidn't put the sausage on it.
