We ordered their Gyukotsu and Miso Ramen together with their pasture Raised Pork Bone Broth. Because the Yuzu Ramen is, we had to finish the Yuzu Creme Brulee. Gyukotsu came with ground beef, red onions, green beans, renkon (lotus root), and soft boiled egg. The fog had chashu, kikurage, green onions, cut lemon, soft boiled egg and chili pepper. Both rams had the traditional style noodle, and both were not bad. Although the taste of broth is on the lighter side, so it lacks in taste for some. For me I enjoy the brighter broth. Although I wish they give more meat for the Gyukotsu, it was a little missing. The Pasture Raised Pork Bone Broth or broffee was good, an interesting addition to food. Last but not least, the Yuzu Cream Brulee was delicious, with a beautiful Yuzu taste. The Miscellaneous Yuzu Ramen is a decent restaurant, for a ride that is. The restaurant is in an L-shape that is interesting. They have normal seating and bar-style seating. I wanted to make a reservation, but there were no available, so I expected long lines. But it was not super crowded and seats will come first after ordering. The service was good, and the employees were sincere. The restaurant advertises its ingredients as organic without additives or preservatives. They have a variety of categories on their menu, each with a few selections. There are also special items such as their Donburi for lunch and sushi for dinner. Prices are higher than the typical Ramenplatz around the bay. But their menu is interesting, so I will probably try again some of the other selections.
Hands down! I had the spicy veggie ramen (it is even vegan! and it was so good! Very spicy, very tasty. We also had baked rice without the meat and it was really good. People here are very friendly. Very recommended.
Great ravens, but the fish quality of the Poke was disappointing. The cream brulee was also pretty good. Would definitely come back for the rams and dessert.
All right. Only complaint is that it is now eaten and gone. Because we were in the plague, the takeout... so this picture is my own placement, the original was much more attractive. It was very easy to order and pick up online, and I noticed that all wearing it diligently over mask and glove.
Great! Traditional Japanese ramen, exactly like you'll find in mum and pop shops in Tokyo. Friendly, attentive service as you'd expect. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for : Highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates real ramen.
