The portions were very generous and had really nice flavour! My boys (5&6) absolutely loved the wonton soup! The spring rolls are absolutely the best I’ve ever had! The owners were very nice and so sweet. We will def go back there again! It’s a little hole in the wall but food is sooo good! Must try for yourself!
I tried the chicken and vegetable fried rice and it was delicious, but the beef and vegetable PHO really blew me away! This restaurant is family-run and a great place to meet up with friends. The prices are reasonable for the amazing food they serve.
During our brief visit to Emerson, we were pleasantly surprised to discover a genuine Vietnamese restaurant. The menu was extensive and reasonably priced.
Had both supper and breakfast at this little out of the way place. Both times excellent service and great food. (Somewhat awkward entrance go through a fence and then into the building.
After a day-trip to Winnipeg, I decided to stop by Pho Gia Thanh. A friend of mine recommended it, and asked me to check it out. You have to drive a bit into town, so don’t get concern if you are off the highway too much (our group was), you will get there. Once we arrived, it looked like a private home, except for the business sign. We ordered our food. I had fried rice, it was delicious. It took a bit longer to get our food because it was busy, but the service was fantastic. There were lots of locals, and some tourists eating; the locals sounded like they were regulars at this restaurant. It was a very friendly atmosphere. I am planning to go back again. I highly recommend it.
