Rally's Hamburgers - Elyria

Don't be deceived by the size of this place. For a quick dining spot, it excels with what it offers. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and efficient. The food is delicious and well-prepared. Although it can be slightly upscale at times, it's definitely worth a visit. In the 12 years I've been coming here, I've never had a negative experience.

The prices have definitely increased compared to before. Our two meals ended up costing us over $20, and they were just salads! However, the burgers were quite good.

I visited this restaurant three times, and each experience was disappointing. The first time, my order was short by $5 compared to what someone else received. On my second visit, I was told to come back in 20 minutes due to staff changes. Finally, during my third visit, I waited 35 minutes and was left frustrated. The owner should definitely feel ashamed of this situation. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had!

You gotta eat. Love Rally's. If you're not familiar with the menu and just passing by, try a luxurious spicy chicken 2-4$ or a good ole Big Buford. And the fry's....gotta get the fry's.Food: 5/5
