Mcdonald's - Ely

In both meals, they were supposed to come with fries, but we only received one serving of fries.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but it didn't come with the bottom bun. It's hard to believe that they could overlook something like that!

Everything was fresh, and they provided all the sauces I requested.

The food met my expectations. The shift leader at the register was incredibly friendly, and he was the main reason I decided to give this McDonald's a positive rating. Food: 4/5.

The staff focused entirely on the drive-thru customers, completely neglecting those dining in. I ended up waiting 35 minutes for my order, while the average drive-thru wait was only 3-4 minutes. Food: 4/5.
