Wingstop - Elmwood Park

I love this wing stop everyone here is nice I pass a lot of locations just to come to this one because the food is always fresh… the customer service is Top Tier ?

I was going to go on break at work. so I wanted to order my food before I went to pick it up and they put me on hold for 10 mins after I seen that I had to hang up and show up in person. There is no way I should be waiting that long in a fast food service job. Just to go in there and that lady took my order faster then on the phone top of that I walk in and she ain’t doing nothing but to have me waiting that long is crazy. Bad service!!!

UPDATE: Just went today and Boneless wings were cold because the entire Order was supposed to be ready in 16-21 minutes and it took 50 minutes. We waited almost 30 minutes because they stated they were waiting on tenders, while at least 8 other customers came in after us and left before I got my order, leaving just me in the store with one other customer. How long does it take to make some tenders? Then the kicker was I love the Lemon Herb and found out that it 's still available but not an option online so you have to order the plain and then call the restaurant to tell them you want Lemon herb instead. It 's 2023. Update your system. Sheesh. OLD REVIEW: Wingstop has become a new addiction in our household recently. We 've ordered 6 times in the last couple of months. LOL. The GARLIC HERB flavor is something they need to bring back ASAP The wings have been cooked pretty consistently as far as boneless. But sometimes the bone-in aren 't crispy, then when you couple that with a Mango Habanero sauce it 's not as appetizing because they 're soft. We only get takeout and I try to time it so the order is still being made by the time I get there. But sometimes it 's very obvious which wings were made first because they 're cold. That 's the only real knock. Favorite flavors from this location have been the Garlic Herb, Garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, Hickory BBQ and of course classic Hot Buffalo Sauce. I would get the Atomic but my kids say they 're TOO hot. But all the flavor choices are great tasting that we 've had even with the temperature inconsistency.
