Banana King Elmwood Park

When I first arrived, I asked the man at the register what comes in the children’s burrito, he told me the wrong items, once I got the burrito I told him that my son doesn’t like ketchup and asked if he could we make it without the ketchup and said they don’t do that,I would have to order a new burrito. No problem I ordered a new burrito, and sent the old one back that he didn’t compensate us for, on top of that my food along with my friends food was burnt so we didn’t eat our meals, he didn’t even give us any type of compensation or discount for that either. . Finally to top it off as we’re leaving and open up the press leches we noticed there’s a hair in it and we were going to ask to switch the cakes out but because it’s open they don’t do that. Horrible experience definitely do not recommend.

Had a Cuban sandwich. Was plenty of good meat but no pickles. Pickles complete the sandwich but when I asked the server, she apologized and said no pickles.

TWO different times I found hair in my food!! Never again. Enough is

I don’t understand how someone can mess up an order. I ordered and spoke Spanish, because the lady taking the order did not speak English. She still messed up the order and I had to come back because I had missing items. That were paid for to boot. Then has the audacity to attempt to charge me again despite I showed the receipt. Will not be coming back after a second time of them messing up, service is terrible!

I had Chorizo with hot sauce on the side. I loved it. Perfect balance of flavor
